This is a 12"x9" original gouache painting on Arches coldpress paper.
I was so excited to add this beautiful bromeliad to the house plant crew! The bright sunny yellows, and striking elegant leaf shapes were destined to be painted. Unfortunately, I learned they only flower once in their lifetime, but at least it was memorialized with this piece.
