This is an original gouache painting on an 8"x10" Arches coldpress watercolor paper.
I had just finished another study of these beautiful wedges, but couldn't resist trying to paint them again in the very quick fading sunlight. It faded so quickly that I had to rely on a photo and memory to help me out with that gorgeous light, but it was worth it!
